Happy 1st Month-Day Sweet Carter

Just 1 month ago on October 17th, Sweet Carter entered this world.  I honestly can't remember what it was like without him here.  Spending the last few weeks with him has made me incredibly happy and grateful for the time we have had together!  Happy 1 Month Birthday Sweet Boy! 

Here's what you have been up to the last 4 weeks:

*You have far exceeded your birth weight.  You were already above it at your 2 week check up!  I think you are going to be a big boy :)
*You are now taking 4 oz each feeding, which is every 3 hours or so.
*You put yourself on a great schedule from the start...for that, I'm thankful!
*You are great at staying awake after each feeding!
*You are very alert and aware of what is going on AND you hold your head up so well already!
*Bath time is getting better--you enjoy it as long as you are sitting up!
*The swings and bouncy seats are still not your favorite...you tolerate them, but you don't love them as much as your Big Sister did!
*You celebrated your 1st major holiday--Halloween--you and Chloe were both pumpkins!

I'm looking forward to seeing how much you change over the coming month!  We will soon get celebrate your second holiday--Thanksgiving!  I can't wait!  I love you more than you will ever know!
