Well, it's already Wednesday...time is flying by. The fact that it's already May is really getting me.
That means school is almost out, more pool time, hopefully more lake time, and lots of fun activities outside!
I'm linkin' up with Jamie over at this kind of love for:
Here are a few things that I'm Lovin' right now....
First, I'm Lovin' that my sweet niece Chandler celebrated her 3rd birthday on Sunday.
She had a fun park / cupcake party on Saturday.
The kids had SO MUCH fun!
They were sweaty, tired, and had little black feet by the time we left that night!
Chandler had lots of buddies there to help kick off her 4th year of life!
Such a joy to be a part of such a sweet little girls life!
I look forward to many, many more celebrations with her!
{the Combs Crew}
{sweet cousins}
{Carter has SO MUCH fun running and playing on all the jungle gym equipment...I can't believe how big & bold he has become}
{his favorite thing to do was go up the stairs--by himself--and come down the slide saying "WEEEEEEE" before he even started down the slide. It was just precious. He was also very concerned that there was mulch on the stairs so he would stop every time to "clean-up" a piece or 2...even if that meant holding up the line to the slide!}
{I love that it looks like he is running for a touch down...playing football with Daddy}
{family pictures are hard these days with an active 18 month / Chloe was such a helper with the little kids. She stood at the bottom of the slide and helped them get down. Sweet girl.}
I'm Lovin' that I got the opportunity to attend a brunch to help the Sigma Kappa Chapter of Chi Omega at APSU celebrate their 40th anniversary. I pledged Fall 2001 and went alum the Spring of 2005. I had the most amazing 4 years being apart of such a prestigious group of women...lots of memories made for sure! There were so many amazing women in the room that day. The keynote speaker {Mrs. Priscilla Story} was the first President after we got our charter. Fun fact, she was also my 4th grade principal! They had speakers that did "Chi-O through the decades"...wow, hearing some stories from the 70's & 80's was quite interesting. But, one thing remains the same, Chi Omega has always been and will always be the best sorority on campus!
{a pic with my "Twin" Lauren; we had the same Big Sister}
{A picture of the original group of women that started Chi Omega in 1972}
I'm Lovin' rides through the car wash with these 2.
Carter's face is priceless.
He DOES NOT enjoy the car wash...especially when I look back at him...he just looses it!
Finally, I'm Lovin' these pictures from Chloe's teacher today.
Chloe & her classmates are at the Nashville Zoo for their final field trip of the year...
{All the Kindergartners & their Senior Buddies}
{Chloe & Claire...she looks so proud to be with her Senior Buddy}
I'm thrilled that CA has the Senior Buddy Program...it is such a unique concept to pair the oldest kids with the youngest! I know Chloe looks up to Claire and is always so excited when she gets to see her / spend time with her! I can just tell by her smile that she is having the time of her life!
What are you Lovin' today?
