Follow the Yellow Brick Road, Follow the Yellow Brick Road

Well, Halloween 2011 is over....let me say, we have had the busiest few days that I can remember in a LONG TIME!  We are pretty busy people so that is saying a lot!  I'm going to break it down day by day...starting with Dance last Wednesday...enjoy the picture over load!
I first want to say...the kids were Wizard of Oz themed this year and I just can't get over how cute their costumes were.  So pleased.  I hope they let me match them for years to come!

Chloe's Dance Buddies dressed up for Class on Wednesday!
Chloe & Addison

Saturday was a jam packed day!
Starting with....Clarksville Academy's Fall Festival, followed by Austin Peay's Homecoming Parade & we finished up at Fright on Franklin!  Completely crazy day!
Tulip--her choice
Getting her blue feather put in...she was excited to show her friends on Monday!
Riding the pony..helmet and all!

The Parade was fun, but, sadly, NO pictures!

That night we headed downtown to Fright on Franklin with our good friends, the Beechs!  The girls had a great time starting the never ending fill of candy they would have that weekend!
These girls are the best of friends!  It's a joy to watch them together!  They love each other and fight with each other just like sisters!
The ferocious Lion fell asleep on our way downtown.  This was the first time we put the costume on him...he hated it (I mean really hated) at first, but once we got it on...he was good to go.  Little did he know he would basically be wearing it ALL weekend!

Sunday, we headed to Church, lunch with Don & Sandy, and then to Trunk or Treat that night at First Baptist Church.  This was my first experience with Trunk or Treating...I loved it.  They had games, free food, tons of candy...there were kids everywhere!  I'm so glad we went...this will definitely be a yearly tradition!

Have to snap a family photo when you can!  I loved these!
*Daddy and Carter on the Train.
*Chloe was dying to play this fishing game...we stood in line...and stood in line so she could cast her rod!  It was cute; there was an old man behind the wall hooking candy on the rod!

Monday
Halloween 2011
attempt at getting them all together

Our traditional picture...all the kids lined up at the fireplace.  There a few new baby faces making their appearances this year!
I hope you and your family had as much fun as we did this Halloween!  I'm already looking forward to next year!
